Website add-ons
Of course, each studio is unique, and you may
not find that the Standard Website Package perfectly fits your needs.
Below are the costs for some common add-on items. If you desire something
that is not listed below, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll
let you know whether we can provide the add-on and what the cost will
be.
Online registration
form:
Setup Fee: $145
With an online registration form, when your customers fill out the form and click ‘send’, the registration information goes directly to your email inbox. The cost includes the form itself, plus the creation of two more webpages… a ‘thank you’ page for when people submit information successfully, and a ‘missing fields’ page for when people make a mistake entering in, say, their email address.
Here’s an example, a second example, and a third example of registration forms on our customers' sites. These forms are live and active, so please don't click submit unless you are truly planning to register with them.

Images above the initial
eight included in the Standard Design Package:
At hourly fee of $45.00 per hour, with a 1/2 hour minimum. Approximately a dozen photos can be optimized and added in an hour. We'll put them in an attractive gallery format - here's an example from one of our websites.
If you'd like a very large number of additional photos/images added, we'll apply a quantity
discount. Just ask!

Guestbook:
Setup Fee: $90, plus $9.99 yearly registration
The guestbook feature allows dancers to sign in and
post messages for their friends to see. Ensures more visits to your
site by your current customers. Includes page addition and upload, plus
any change needed to your navigation bar(s). Here's a live example from one of our websites. Because this is a live, actual website, please do not submit an entry to the guestbook... thank you!

Slideshow Feature:
$60 each
A slideshow feature can add real pizzazz to your website. The cost includes the coding of the slideshow for your website, with up to 6 photos. Here is a slideshow example from one of our websites, and another, and another.
Horizontal scroll:
$135 each
The horizontal scroll is not often seen online, and therefore tends to impress visitors. Its cost is higher because it requires more intensive coding. The cost includes the coding of the scroll and the page on which it resides, and up to 7 photographs. Javascript image navigation bar:
$115 each
A navigation bar is included, of course, in your standard design package, however, you may wish something more elaborate than a standard navigation bar. Javascript navigation bars incorporate images and rollover effects into the mix, and can make for a particularly dynamic website. Here is an example of a javascript image navigation bar from one of our customer's websites, and here is another example. Please let us know of any questions you may have regarding this feature.

Flash feature:
Flash features certainly spice up a homepage. We charge for Flash elements by the hour ($45.00 per hour, with a 1/2 hour minimum). Flash elements normally take 3-4 hours to create. Here's an example from one of our customer sites, and another example, and a third example.
PayPal Online Payments:
$120 for up to 6 buttons (additional buttons $15 per)
We can set up PayPal buttons to allow your customers to make tuition payments online. We can set up one-time payments (for example: $45.00 for one month’s tuition), ‘open amount’ payments (where the customer inputs their own amount), and/or Autopay payments (payment plans, ie. $45.00 per month for 9 months).

Includes:
- Creation of a PayPal payment page, plus supplementary ‘thank you’ and ‘missing fields’ pages
- A link to the payment page from an existing webpage, or from your main navigation bar if you are a new customer *
- PayPal coding and integration
* If you are an existing customer who would like this feature, and you’d like a button directly to the page from your navigation bar, it is $40.00 extra. This cost is to restructure your navigation bar and change the nav bar on all of your webpages.
PayPal Shopping Cart:
Setup cost = $195.00
If you have
products such as studio t-shirts and bags or even performance tickets
to sell, you may be interested in the shopping cart feature. For more information on what we can and can't do, and for a customized quote, please contact us.
Here is a shopping cart example from one of our customers' sites.
Includes:
- The setup of up to 6 items, additional items are $25.00 per
- The creation of a shopping cart page, plus supplementary ‘thank you’ and ‘missing fields’ pages
- A link to your shopping cart page from one or more of your existing website pages. If the navigation bar must be reconstructed, there is an additional $40.00 charge.
- Descriptions of each item, plus 1 photo optimized and placed per item
- Paypal coding and integration
'Members-only' section:
Setup Fee - $75.00
The member’s only section, aka password protected section, includes a login box from one of your existing webpages and a password protected page of information. If you’d like more than one page in your password protected area, additional pages run at the usual cost ($35.00 per if added while we’re creating your website). If you have questions regarding this feature or envision a different configuration, please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
Online Coupon:
$60.00 each
Having a printable coupon can give new visitors to your website that extra nudge they may need to register with you. Here is an example of an online coupon, and here is another, so you can get a feel for the possibilities. The $60.00 charge includes the coupon design, creation and upload of a webpage for the coupon, and a prominent link from your ‘About Us’ page or another page on your website. (Note: The cost does not include a link from the main navigation bar, but rather, a prominent link from one of your pre-existing pages. Please ask any questions you may have regarding this feature.)
