Breakdown of our Standard Website Design Package
Studio of Dance.com's standard website package includes the following:
Webpages:
Included is a home page plus up to 5 subpages from the category list or of your own choosing for a total of no more than 6 webpages. A navigation bar will be created with which to link all sub pages of your site to each other and to the home page. The navigation bar will be designed to incorporate your specific subpage category choices.
Site Style and Color Palette:
We design from scratch using your logo, graphics and input from you as to the type of site you desire. You can, for example, send us links to other sites with designs you particularly like which will help us understand the direction in which you'd like us to go. Each site we design, however, is entirely unique and suited to the style of you and your studio.
Graphics:
You may submit up to eight photos or graphics to be scanned and placed on your website. You may choose, as some or all of your eight graphics, dance images (sketches, silhouettes, line drawings) from our library of over 200 images. Our image library is a free service we offer to our customers.We do not offer many dance photographs in our dance image library. If you wish to have dance photos on your site but have none that you particularly like, Corbis Images, at www.corbisimages.com, is one site where you can purchase the rights to use their dance photos on your site for a reasonable cost.
Logo:
If you have a studio logo, it will be placed on each webpage of your site. If you do not have a logo but desire one, we can recommend an excellent graphic designer whose rates are reasonable. Alternatively, we can create a text logo for your site free of charge.
Text:
Text of your choosing will be placed on your webpages. We prefer to receive text by email or email attachment. Alternatively, you may on a PC-compatible floppy disc, zip disc or CD-rom. We are also glad to type text in by hand from well-marked hard copy pages, but in that event, the word limit is 1000 per webpage (to give you an indication, this particular page contains approximately 450 words).Here is an example of a standard Studio of Dance.com website.
