Our Website Design Process - What to expect
As a new customer, you will be taken through
the following process:
1. Sample sites and info about our services are
found in the section you are currently looking at. We are always available
to answer questions by email: info@studioofdance.com,
or phone: (503) 308-2017.
2. Once you've decided to use our design service,
let us know by email or phone, and we'll email you with a customer packet and contract. Included in the customer packet
are a Website Planning Worksheet and a Website Content Form. Using these
tools can help you achieve a clearer picture of the website you desire,
and will ensure that the process runs smoothly.
3. Once we've received your contract, customer packet and first design payment, we'll begin designing your studio website.
4. We'll create and upload two preliminary designs or 'rough drafts'
of both your home page and a 'sub' page, as they would look with two different styles. The designs will be unique to your studio, based on your customer packet input and what we've learned of you and your studio through our communications.
5. You'll let us know your decision as to which design
you prefer plus any 'tweaking' you'd like done to it. We'll modify the design as necessary until you completely love it, after which we call it solidified.
6. You'll send your materials to us, either online, through
the mail, or a combination of the two. There are several ways that you
can
submit

7. We'll add and format your website materials as we receive them, make any
changes you've requested, and add the finishing touches.
8. After receiving your final approval, we officially launch your new studio website! After uploading your site, we add it to the Studio of Dance.com dance studio directory with one week as 'featured studio', and further
promote
your site.
9. Our relationship is not over! Whenever you
need a text or graphic change, we are available to provide maintenance.
We may be reached by email or phone, and you can send most text changes
by email. Most changes are made within 24 hours.
There are several quality control checkpoints
during this process. Open communication between us will result in a
positive experience for both.
